First Annonce
AnticoDeluxe is a Window manager / Desktop environment. The goal is to create simple an fast WM/DE, with very aesthetic and familiar look and feel, very close to the MacOSX look and feel, which is ORIGINAL WORK FROM APPLE INC.
The project is in very early development stage.
You can download it here:

how long it takes to start this DE, because i have installed Qt and I’m also Qt-developer. when i run test.sh-file it creates window, but it only shows black window.
Hi, generally speaking, Antico Deluxe starts in no more 2-3 sec. If it does not start in time, this is a problem of Xephyr and X cookies. You may use second script – ./myxephyr, or just quit the test.sh script and start it again
Nice work, I like it!
Just tested under Arch, compiles fine, but depends on phonon. And it looks promising!
I have a rather gtk light self assembled DE, so I installed hydroxygen (with oxyblue folders) and oxygen for gtk, and of course the qgtkstyle to let kde apps look like gtk apps.

Recently, I have started it again, and very soon will be a next version update – this time with keyboard switch applet on topbar.
